TRAVEL CONDITIONS

  • The company reserves the right to deny travel to passengers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or in a state of health unfit for the journey.
  • If, for any reason, a passenger misses the trip or cancels the tour less than 12 hours in advance, they may be rescheduled with a penalty of 30% of the tour price.
  • The company is not responsible for trip cancellations due to weather conditions or external factors such as strikes, landslides, natural disasters, or mechanical failures that may delay or suspend departures.
  • If, during the outbound trip to Machu Picchu or another destination by car, train, bicycle, or horse, a blockade or obstacle affects the normal itinerary, and the passenger decides to cancel the trip, only 70% of the price will be refunded, deducting the expenses already incurred.
  • If, due to the aforementioned circumstances, there is a blockade or obstacle preventing the return to Machu Picchu, the tour operator will not provide any refund.
  • Passengers who do not arrive at the designated time at the train station for their return trip on the Machu Picchu Pueblo – Ollantaytambo – Hidroelectrica route will be solely responsible for missing their transportation connection to Cusco, with no right to claim compensation.
  • Passengers who choose to return on their own and fail to notify the company at least 12 hours in advance will forfeit the total cost of the return trip. It is recommended to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Accommodation in hotels and/or hostels will be assigned by the transfer and guide in charge of the group.
  • There will be a briefing with the guide regarding the next day’s visit to Machu Picchu. If the passenger is not present at the scheduled time, they will automatically lose the right to the guided tour in Machu Picchu.
  • The company does not provide travel insurance or medical services on board.
